Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. An initial consultation is available to help you understand your situation and the options that may be available. You’ll receive clear, straightforward information so you can decide how you’d like to proceed. There is no time limit for the consultation. I do not want to have a time limit on my consultation as it is not fair to cut someone off who is asking questions to gain further understanding of the Justice System. It is complex and there are a lot of ways to solve the problem.
What types of matters do you handle?

What should I do after receiving a ticket or charge?
Review your ticket carefully and note any deadlines. There are typically a few options available, and understanding them early is important. If you’re unsure, reaching out can help you better understand the process and your next steps.
How much time do I have to respond to a ticket?
If your ticket does not have a court date you have 15 days to respond. This means filing the ticket with the courts, this needs to be done in those 15 days.
If you ticket has a court date, you will need to attend that court date. This can be in person or via zoom.
Will I have to go to court?
Not always. Most of the time my clients are not required to attend their court dates, I appear on their behalf.
Do you handle CVOR and commercial driving matters?
Yes. Support is available for CVOR-related issues, including charges that may impact your driving record and business operations.
How much do your services cost?
Fees vary depending on the type and complexity of the matter. You’ll receive clear information about how much this will cost during your consultation so there are no surprises.
Can you guarantee a specific outcome?
In short, no. Each case is unique and outcomes depend on many factors. The focus is on providing strong representation and helping you understand your options clearly.
What can I expect when working with you?
